We recently styled a Circus Carnival party for twin 5 year old girls! What fun! We don’t usually throw other people’s party but these were my former business partner’s goddaughters so it was an extra special occasion.
There were so many parts to this party that I decided it would be best to showcase them individually. So I’ll start with the best part of all…the candy bar!
Our colors were orange, blue & red so the key to a stunning candy bar is to choose your colors and stick to them! We had circus peanuts, gumballs, giant pixie sticks, rock candy, circus cookies & clown cake pops from Cake Pop Fusion!picture frame and added our own printed mat for a recent photo of the guests of honor. This is a great keepsake for after the party! We were sure to include some vintage tin circus toys. Not only were they cute for the theme, but the kids had a lot of fun playing with these. striped fabric and stapled it to the top of the board too. Then I hot glued the ribbon over the staples to finish it off.
I gathered the red stripe fabric to make the curtains and used extra ribbon to create the tiebacks. Last, I put the banner up and we were ready to add the candy! carnival games, a general store for the kids to buy toys with the tickets they won, pinatas, a photo booth and so much more!
