I just love a ROAR-ing good party! I recently came across some really cute Dinosaur themed birthday parties and just had to share them with you! The first is from Susan Weinroth. I just adore the simplicity of her party for her son Noah! One of my favorite details is how she took a photo of her son and added his current “likes” to the photo! What a timeless way to remember the precious things in your child’s life at that age.
I also fell in love with these Molten Lava Volcano Cakes from Wants & Wishes! Debbie is so incredibly talented and has some of the most creative ideas out there for parties and themed party foods & details. She generously posted a tutorial on how to make these and they really seem easy to do!
And if you are at all handy with a sewing machine, I just adore this idea: Dinosaur Tails! How cute are these?!? You could make one for the birthday boy or a few for a photo booth. They could also double as Halloween costumes and are sure to be a keeper for the costume box! Jessica from Running with Scissors posted a tutorial to make these on Tater Tots & Jello. Such a great idea!
Another fabulous DIY idea is to have your own Dinosaur Hunt! Meri Meri has created one you can print and cut that match perfectly with their Dinosaur ROAR themed party supplies. So have fun ROARing around at your child’s birthday celebration!
I hope these amazing women have inspired you to add a personal touch to your Dinosaur themed birthday party! And we have just added Dinosaur themed party supplies to our shop. Everything you need to pull off the perfect party can be found here! I’d love to hear your great ideas too! So leave me a comment below…I read every one!

Those dinosaur tails are adorable. Unfortunately I’m not too clever with a sewing machine! Great theme, lovely looking party 🙂

Hi Paulina! You are right! It appears they have stopped publishing their blog where these were located. I suggest trying to save the image and print it out and see if that works for you. Hope that helps!

Dinosaur theme parties are my favorite, and they aren’t just for little boys anymore. We threw one similar recently for me nephew and it was dino-rific. You can see pics of it here (www.eventyardcard.com/gallery), we used Event YardCard for the outside sign and got a balloon twister to make the kids dinosaurs.
